APPLICATIONS |
1)SL-2005 is a kind of reinforcing resin with low free phenol. It is beneficial to health and environments. SL-2005 with pastille shape can be automatic weighing easily..
2) SL-2005 is a high performance reinforcing resin. This product should be used along with another methylene donor, such as hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) or hexamethoxymethylmelamine (HMMM), in the rubber compounding applications. After the cross linking reaction with methylene donor compounds, SL-2005 resin could improve the hardness, tear resistance, wear resistance and tensile strength properties of rubber compounds.
3) In order to achieve an optimum reinforcement in rubber compounds, the methylene donor should be used at a level of 10 % based on the amount of SL-2005 to obtain the proper cross-linking network structures.
4)SL-2005 should be added during the first stage of mixing in order to achieve good scorching and plasticity properties in rubber compounds. The methylene donor should be added with an accelerator and sulfur at the final mixing stage.
